FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Aim to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of the existing business or proposed venture, opportunities and threats as presented by the environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success. A feasibility study would provide a background of the business or project, description of the business or project, accounting statements, details of the operations and management, marketing research and policies, financial data, legal requirements and tax obligations.



ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY

Examines the effect of a your project, on the economy of a given area. The area can range from a neighborhood to the entire globe. Economic impact is usually measured in terms of changes in economic growth (output or value added) and associated changes in jobs (employment) and income (wages).



PPM: PRIVATE PLACEMENT MEMORANDUM

A Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM") is a disclosure document required by Regulation D and most states and contains important information for prospective investors. These documents are required whenever a company is offering securities, or equity interests of any kind or definition, to the public. Private Placement Memorandums are used in those instances in which a company is seeking an exemption from a formal filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Rule 504, 505 or 506 of Regulation D.

All EB-5 Based projects are required to file with USCIS for approval.
