The purpose of the EB5 Michigan Regional Center Venture Validation Fund is to create
value by qualifying, developing and positioning pre-seed startups.  Its idea/deal stock

other institutions and the venture funds with which it partners in early-stage development
of new enterprises.

It was established to:

  • Enable off shore investment in Michigan’s small business economy.
  • Bring forward quality investment opportunities with a particular focus on green
    technologies
  • Work actively with investors on getting their United State’s green cards for
    themselves and their families
